In theory, the maximum torque required by the user must be less than 2 times the additional output torque of the reducer, especially in some applications it is necessary to strictly abide by this principle, not only for the maintenance of the reducer, but more importantly, to prevent the deceleration The machine's output shaft is broken. This is mainly because if there is a problem with the equipment, the reducer's output shaft and its load are stuck, then the drive motor overload will still make it continue to increase output, which may make the reducer output bearing Force beyond its extra output torque of 2 times and the reducer output shaft.
