The application of DC brushless motor

The application of DC brushless motor is very wide, such as automobile, tool, industrial control, automation and aerospace and so on. In general, the DC brushless motor can be divided into the following three main uses:


Continuous load applications: it is mainly a kind of application that requires a certain speed, but has low requirements for speed accuracy, such as fans, pumps, blowers and so on. This kind of application cost is low and mostly open loop control.


Variable load application: it is mainly the application that the speed needs to change in a certain range, and there is a higher demand for the motor speed characteristic and the dynamic response time characteristic. Such as household appliances, drier and compressor is a good example. The system cost of such applications is relatively higher in the field of automobile industry, such as oil pump control, electric controller and engine control.


Location applications: most industrial control and automatic control applications belong to this category. Such applications often carry out the transmission of energy, so there are special requirements for the dynamic response and torque of speed, and the requirements for controllers are also high. Photoelectric and some synchronizing devices may be used when measuring speed. Many of these applications are process control, mechanical control and transportation control. The new practical brushless motor is closely related to the development of electronic technology, microelectronic technology, digital technology, automatic control technology and material science. It is not only limited to the field of AC and DC, but also involves the energy conversion of electric and power generation and signal sensing.
