    The main factors driving the expansion of the industrial robot in the future include:

 

 (1) Cost advantage.

 

    With the aging of China's population, labor costs have risen sharply by more than 10% every year in recent years. In 2014, the average wage of employed people in China's manufacturing industry reached 51,369 RMB, and the cost advantage of low-end manufacturing industry gradually disappeared. . At present, the average price of industrial robots in the world is about 300,000 RMB. With the advancement of technology, prices are on a downward trend. Especially in the Chinese market, core components are gradually localized, and prices will fall faster than the global market. The rise in labor costs and the gradual reduction in the cost of industrial robots will force manufacturers to choose industrial robots instead of labor for large-scale and repetitive labor, accelerating the application of industrial robots.

 

    (2) The upgrading of manufacturing industry boosts the development of industrial robots.

 

    Most of China's manufacturing enterprises are still in the early stage of automation, with an extensive development model, low added value of products, and a large room for improvement in product quality stability. The emergence of industrial robots and intelligent manufacturing equipment and production lines has accelerated the original production speed, greatly improved labor efficiency, and improved the stability of product quality. With the improvement of product quality requirements in the future, China's industrial manufacturing industry will also upgrade its industry in the direction of intensification and intelligence. The degree of automation will be higher and higher, and the demand for automation equipment represented by industrial robots will be higher. It will also be gradually released.

 

    (3) The flexible and intelligent needs of the manufacturing process.

 

    The shortened product life cycle and diversified demand will promote the advancement of flexible manufacturing technology, the transformation of production methods to flexibility, intelligence and fineness, while robots have strong advantages in flexibility, intelligence and information. The construction of a new manufacturing system based on intelligent manufacturing will accelerate the application of industrial robots in the production process.
